Basic usage terms for the NetPulse Diagnostics iPhone and iPad app.
General use
NetPulse Diagnostics is provided as a network troubleshooting utility for iPhone and iPad. By using the app, you are responsible for using it lawfully, safely, and only in environments where you are allowed to perform diagnostic checks.
Authorized diagnostics only
Use DNS, ping, TCP, UDP, HTTP, SSL, WHOIS, speed test, and LAN scanner features only on networks, hosts, devices, and services that you own or have permission to test.
Diagnostic accuracy
Network results can vary depending on Wi‑Fi quality, cellular signal, VPN routing, firewall rules, DNS resolver behavior, router configuration, server availability, iOS permissions, and external network conditions. NetPulse Diagnostics does not guarantee that every service state will be detected perfectly.
