NetPulse Diagnostics privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how NetPulse Diagnostics handles local diagnostic reports, user-initiated network checks, Local Network permission, public IP checks, speed tests, and Google AdMob advertising.

Overview

NetPulse Diagnostics is an iPhone and iPad app published by Moryxo. The app is designed for user-controlled network troubleshooting, website diagnostics, local network checks, and report export.

The app does not require a user account, login, subscription, or Moryxo cloud service. Diagnostic history is stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy, export, or share a report through iOS sharing options.

User-initiated network diagnostics

Network diagnostic requests are initiated by the user when the user runs a selected tool, check, scan, or speed test. Depending on the selected feature, the app may send DNS, ICMP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, WHOIS, public IP, or speed test requests to the selected host, resolver, endpoint, or local network range.

Local Network permission

NetPulse Diagnostics may request Local Network permission so users can diagnose devices and services on their own LAN. LAN diagnostics should be used only on networks the user owns or has permission to test.

Advertising

NetPulse Diagnostics uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, app interaction data, performance data, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from network information depending on device settings, consent choices, SDK behavior, and applicable law.
