What the app is for
NetPulse Diagnostics is a user-controlled network troubleshooting utility for iPhone and iPad.
It can check current network status, local interfaces, DNS, ping, TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL certificates, public IP, WHOIS, LAN devices, speed results, and local diagnostic reports.
No account or demo login is required.
Common questions
Why does the app ask for Local Network permission?
NetPulse asks for Local Network permission so it can diagnose devices and services on the user's own LAN. This is needed for features such as local interface discovery, ping sweep, and selected TCP port checks on local IP ranges.
Can I scan any network?
No. Use LAN scanning and port checks only on networks, hosts, and services you own or have permission to test. NetPulse is designed for diagnostics, support, and troubleshooting, not unauthorized access.
Does the app upload diagnostic reports?
No. Reports are stored locally on the device. Users can copy or share a report through the iOS share sheet when they choose to do so.
