GuardFrame CCTV terms of use

General use

GuardFrame CCTV is provided as a camera monitoring, RTSP preview, local recording, and optional cloud workflow app for compatible iPhone, iPad, camera, and network setups. By using the app, you are responsible for using it lawfully and only with cameras, streams, accounts, and networks you own, manage, or have permission to access.

Surveillance and recording responsibility

Video monitoring and recording may be regulated by privacy, workplace, residential, transport, and public-space rules. You are responsible for following all applicable laws, notices, consent requirements, internal policies, and safety rules in your location.

RTSP and camera compatibility

GuardFrame CCTV supports compatible RTSP over TCP/H.264 video streams. Moryxo does not guarantee compatibility with every camera, DVR, NVR, encoder, firmware version, URL format, authentication mode, codec setting, network, router, firewall, or internet provider.

Network and stream availability

Live preview, recording quality, and camera online status depend on camera uptime, local network quality, internet access when applicable, bandwidth, signal strength, device performance, and server availability.

GuardFrame Cloud

GuardFrame Cloud is optional and may be used for recording upload, download, sharing, deletion, account management, and camera sync features. You are responsible for managing your account credentials, storage usage, shared links, and uploaded content.

No emergency or life-safety guarantee

GuardFrame CCTV is a monitoring utility and is not a certified alarm system, emergency response system, life-safety system, or guaranteed security service. Do not rely on it as the only protection for people, property, vehicles, premises, or critical infrastructure.
